President Barroso congratulates Plamen Oresharski on the occasion of his nomination as Prime Minister of Bulgaria

President Barroso has sent the following message today to Plamen Oresharski, the new Prime Minister of Bulgaria following the vote of the new Government by the Bulgarian Parliament:
