"The Court looks forward to contributing to the accountability of the ECB for the execution of its supervisory tasks related to the prudential supervision of credit institutions," says Vitor Caldeira, the President of the European Court of Auditors, in a letter addressed to Presidents Van Rompuy, Schulz and Barroso and to ECB President Draghi, MEPs, Commissioners and Council representatives.
